This DVD movie To Die For is fantastic and Nicole Kidman made to play Suzanne Stone. It is a sharp satire on the American obsession with television and unreal image of life that comes with it. It's very funny, moving and surprising at the same time. Also the way it was filmed and together is quite original and fits the theme of the DivX film To Die For perfectly! Must see!

Buck Henry is a great writer. He was nominated for an Oscar for The Graduate, and wrote one of the funniest movies I've seen, The Owl and the pussycat. You can add this To Die For Comedy film to the list of major changes (Joyce Maynard's book). Oscar-nominated director Gus Van Sant makes some great films such as Finding Forrester and Good Will Hunting. He did a great job here keeping moving along the action toward the inevitable, but cleverly disguised ending. Now, in the end: Nicole Kidman. Yes, I know that some people think it is a dimension, but the size was perfect for this role. This was his best time was fantastic. A real beauty, that seemed fantastic in this film, and improving your closet a dimension of beauty to any other To Die For film has done for her. Kidman was supported by some fine actors: Matt Dillon (accelerated), as her husband, Joaquin Phoenix (Walk the Line, Gladiator) as her lover, and a bookmark, Illeana Douglas (Grace of My Heart) as suspicious sister-in-law. Hello, Suzanne, did you really think that some goombah would not come knocking on your door?

Nicole Kidman To Die For Comedy movie breakthrough, indie director Gus Van Sant tragic-comic story of Suzanne Stone (Nicole Kidman), a housewife obsessed with fame that seduces three teenagers to get rid of her husband (Matt Dillon). A death by heading in a pseudo-documentary style with some of the characters tell their stories to the camera. Buck Henry writer seems to be commenting on the superficiality of TV personalities, meteorologists and talk show hosts with its references to Geraldo Rivera and Maury Povich and Suzanne obsessive desire to be on television. It highlights the performance of all. Nicole Kidman is the perfect choice for seductive whose emotional age appears to be about ten years and gives new meaning to the word "superficial." Joaquin Phoenix shows evidence of the star would become. Illeana Douglas and Alison Folland are excellent. I am an admitted fan Nicole Kidman and the To Die For film shows his talent. She is also a beautiful woman. Recommended.
