| Fear dot com is a total mess-point, but fear is a graphic style horror fest fans probably appreciate. As he did with his 1999 remake of House on Haunted Hill, director William Malone favors Tripp atmosphere at the expense of action, character development and plot. Afternoon jumping online car-thriller, the DVD movie FeardotCom follows a brooding detective (Stephen Dorff) and a public health inspector (Natascha McElhone), to investigate the deadly influence of the owner of the website, which channels the privacy of their fear, fear that visitors to die 48 hours later. Why 48 hours? Do not ask; Josephine Coyle's screenplay is so incoherent as Malone capture the dynamics of the narrative, leaving Dorff and McElhone with little to do but look scared and convicted. Fear dot com, but it has its moments, especially after the mad doctor Stephen Rea villainy is fully revealed horrible, and procedures on the monochrome pallor of silent German expressionism. Pity these fantastic images were not a better movie. |
| So it is not in the mouth or Madness is Videodrome. While the issues are quite close, Feardotcom are less inspired by the theme. Stephen Dorff and his co-stars, are not credible, but when Bill Malone knows how to get the best of his subject. Return to call their work in the house Haunted Hills, some scenes are truly terrifying if not visually appealing. The plot while proposing a lot of interesting ideas, is not fully mind blowing. John Carpenter and David Cronenberg brought some interesting comments about the way our minds worked, Bill Malone goes for the action. Not a bad film, just a simple horror movie, well done and not boring, just as pleasant in the House Haunted Hill and 13 were ghosts. |
| Wow, I did not know that a DVD film FeardotCom can be so bad !!!!! Considering the top of a budget of this FeardotCom Horror film is really no explanation for being so bad as special effects was.The could have done better by a small child, the definition of "fear" in this DivX Movie FeardotCom not even close to that need the fear factor, and the final twists and were completely mediocre.Basically bit, I felt that I lost more than half of my brain where the cells are seeing through this FeardotCom Horror is the kind of dirt that gives "horror" even if it might fall into that category, poor name.I not even recommend this FeardotCom Horror movie for a good laugh the way it is horrible! ! Avoid at all costs, I warn you! There is nothing special or good about this DivX Movie FeardotCom AT ALL! |
