| Rumor Has It (execpt for some intelligent observations grandmother Katherine), was mostly boring. His argument, based on the novel of how the same man who sleeps with the grandmother, mother and daughter, it is quite cheesy plot. Visually, it is not attractive, it seems that the director lacks leadership, and felt as if the movie: Rumor Has It... was composed awkwardly. the fact that the DVD movie Rumor Has It... crew had a great acting does not really says a lot especially since the casting was done terribly. the friend who was boyfriend Anniston needs to start learning how to act. I looked at best one of these backup players. Anniston was well, though not his best. I think Costner is the only credible actor in this film. and the rest of the crew was abysmal. as part of the story, i was totally disappointed, perhaps because the Rumor Has It... Comedy was directed towards women in general? I do not know, but I thought this DivX Movie Rumor Has It... was too overstated. |
| I was not too interested in rumors, I'm not a big fan of Jennifer Anniston's, which is fine, but generally, their romantic comedies are so smooth and predictable. But I figured as free rent and what the hell? Who knows? I might get a kick out of it. And it did exceed my expectations, but still was not saying much. I thought the story was very interesting and had some good moments of laughter with the light, but as I said, it could have been better with management. Basically, Sarah is a woman who dedicated home for the wedding of his sister. She remains concerned with why she and her father have never been the same, it seems prudent and personality, but when his aunt, cameo by Kathy Bates, tells about an old flame of his mother, Sarah is why curiosity her grandmother was also attracted to him. Perhaps it is because his family is in fact the Robinsons graduate of history! She flies to see the author of the book and its possible father and discovers he is sterile and can not have children. Therefore, sleep with him when drunk, sick, I know, dining and even a possible future with a great kid. It was predictable and a bit silly, but as I said, you get a couple laughs light. I think the story was very good, but it could have clarified some things a little better, since the principle is still a little confusing, but it worked out. Above all, I recommend this Rumor Has It... film for an afternoon, but nothing too special. 6 / 10 |
| I agree with most of the posters so far - it is half the movie, and Jennifer Aniston has made since the 9 season of Friends, for some mouth acting very strange. Hopefully, I leave the gurning and someone sends you a decent screenplay. Let's face it, that probably could have its good selection of features. Or is not concerned enough talent ..... But for all the people posting comments about Shirley MacLaine is the best thing in this movie: Let's be honest - who has been playing the same character from Steel Magnolias in the 80s. She is not just that good - the construction of a bridge and get over it. |
| This film: Rumor Has It... is ruined by a weak script - if that is a problem with the premises to be diluted or a writer, developing a eureka moment that not enforcement. It is also ruined by a bad use mainly cast. MacLaine is good in many of its scenes, but this is a memory function for it. Jenkins is the best use of the biggest advantages. Costner is almost a non-entity in the film. It looks very old and unhappy on the couch scene shortly after the reunion of an Aniston but before spending the night together. Later, their relationship is even more plausible that the first physical meeting suggest. Especially since Aniston can not play a woman over 30 years and should not. While still attractive, someone who can not play for about ten years younger than her real age. She was completely miscast and misused in this DVD movie Rumor Has It... because it has been in almost all their recent films that are not wine Polly. It is not recommended at all. |
| so I'm looking Rumor has it today thinking "Jen Aniston does not seem much younger than Kevin Costner." and I look at their age difference. 15 years. from what I understand, is a graduate of the story of a College graduate who hooks up with his girlfriend MILF, not a high school dropout, who received his GED at 15. They do not seem to be well differentiated in age at all. I know I'm being critical, ie the scene where they wake up the next morning and claim to have huge hangovers? who wakes up and looks amazing while Hungover? is simply not possible ... even a little eye or a loose disheveled hair! I'm not a fan of this Rumor Has It... Comedy in general, but the latter form, because of these factors SMALL (for me) does not work. |
