| This Spaceballs movie can be absolutely hilarious, if you are in the right mood for it. If you have not liked this movie, then you probably were not in the mood, because there is no way you can find and do not like this Spaceballs movie unfunny. The most fun of the DVD movie Spaceballs is Rick Moranis as Dark Helmet, which is the opposite in every sense of the bad end of the whole universe, Darth Vader, especially in size. Like almost every other Spaceballs Sci-Fi film of Mel Brook this Spaceballs film has some successes and some extremely bizarre extreme, all seriously is just a matter of taste. What might seem funny to some unfunny is the other and vice versa. The act is over the top and above all very wrong Bill Pullman and Daphne Zuniga. Thank God that the sidekicks are the best and fun characters of this film, the characters with poetic names such as Barf, Colonel Sandurz, Great Idiot, yogurt and Pizza Hutt.
