In 1964, a brash new pro boxer, fresh from his olympic gold medal victory, explodes on to the scene, Cassius Clay. Bold and outspoken, he cuts an entirely new image for African American's in sport with his proud public self confidence with his unapologetic belief that he is the greatest boxer of all time. To his credit, he sets out to prove that with his highly agile and forceful style soon making him a formidable boxer who soon claims the heavyweight championship. His personal life is no less noteworthy with his allegiance to the Nation of Islam, his friendship with the controversial Malcolm X and his abandonment of his slave name in favour of Muhammad Ali stirring up controversy. Yet, at the top of his game, both Ali's personal and professional lives face the ultimate test with the military draft rules are changed, making him eligible for military induction during the Vietnam War. Despite the fact that he could easily agree to a sweetheart deal that would have meant an easy tour of duty for himself, Ali refuses to submit on principle to cooperate in an unjust war for a racist nation that treated his people so poorly. The cost of that stand is high as he finds himself unable to legally box in his own country while his case is contested in court. What follows is a battle for a man who would sacrifice so much for what he believes in and a comeback that would cement his legend as one of the great sports figures of all time.

Ali is a very entertaining and beautiful movie: Ali stars Will Smith as Ali Muhhammud. The argument is simply the life of Muhammad Ali and his amazing career. One thing that I found very interesting was the fact that Will Smith has increased slightly silly parts in movies like Men in Black and also in the television program "The new Prince of Bel-Air" with a brilliant performance in a difficult part . His physical is also quite surprising since it is usually not in all muscles but is great in this film. Jamie Foxx also co-stars as his coach and also kind of gives you a very good performance. In general, I thought that Ali was very entertaining and a good Ali film with a great cast and a great performance. 8 / 10

This DivX film Ali would be very appreciated if you just sell as a celebration of the life of Ali, but unfortunately, it was marketed as a Ali Biography movie to teach you more about the life of Ali, which is not so. The DVD movie Ali covers Ali possibly more hectic decade 1964-1974 which ends with Ali's world title fight with George Foreman and the start of the first world title shot against Sonny Liston. Will Smith, Jon Voight, Jamie Foxx, Mario Van Peebles and highlights his role as Muhammad Ali, Howard Cossell, Bundini Brown and Malcolm X, respectively. The result is excellent, the direction is saying, but the biggest shortcoming is the second edition, which go directly from first loss against Ali Frazier in 1971 for the Rumble in the Jungle in 1974 resulted in all courts of Ali ' return period, and the movie: Ali does not really does not recover after his boxing authenticity, too many people in the criticism of criticism of the Ali Biography film is not the man himself Alì the movie: Ali so that's disappointing.
