| Tripp (Matthew McConaughey) is a thirty-five years the single man who still lives with his parents, Al (Terry Bradshaw) and Sue (Kathy Bates). Al and Sue hire handling interventionist Paula (Sarah Jessica Parker) to play and Tripp's girlfriend seduce him, convincing Tripp to leave home. Paula and Tripp fall in love for each other, but Tripp best friends Ace (Justin Bartha) and Demo (Bradley Cooper) accidentally find the truth about Paula and Demo discloses to Tripp, spoiling the plan and their relationships. When Tripp and Paula miss each other, their friends trying to devise a plan to organize a meeting to address the situation. "Failure to Launch" is a silly and predictable romance, entertaining, but only for the excellent cast. There is great chemistry between the actors and actresses in this film, keeping the viewer's interest, despite a terrible and forgettable script. The wonderful Zooey Deschanel is the best DVD movie Failure to Launch in the performance of this kit, fun and complicated room Paula. My vote is five. | look ... i really do not understand that people .... Nor do I believe that is exactly what you think you need to get out of a cinematic experience ... this is a romantic comedy ... taken in the context of this genre, I really can not see how it could have been much better ... the cast was excellent, but the script was derived entirely entertaining and fun, the address was well above average ... i just do not .... i just can not see how such a Failure to Launch Romance film could be significantly improved ... alleviate and treat to enjoy a movie: Failure to Launch for what it is ... this DVD movie Failure to Launch breaks no new ground, it will not win any awards, will not solve the pain of the world ... is a fun, entertaining romantic comedy set to divert and entertain, if only allow you to do it ... 4.8 This Failure to Launch film is pretentious and hyper-critical ... period. |
| Matthew M Beefcake shots everywhere. Horrible, unbelievable story, oh and let's not forget the KWAAZY ANIMAL SEQUENCES! A lizard bites Matthew Budweiser and then smiled like a chameleon. At the end was so predictable in their attempts to tie EXCRUCIATING lame the story is! The only reason they did not Fs is because the players were at least. Terry Bradshaw poor, did well until he agreed Prance around naked hand laughter. How some movies come and go as? This never leaves the vapor cell that is. I could not find the name of the director on the closing credits (probably too embarrassed). Not even a rental of waste in this dreck! |
| I really thought it was a decent movie. I do not think the commercial showed all parties, whether good. There were a lot of pieces that made me laugh out loud. I mean I had some parts that are dry, and it reminds me of a different version of How to lose a guy in 10 days, but still liked it. I think my favorite would have been Kit, which is the fourth of Sarah Jessica Parker character. I think perhaps the main characters are not the most humorous lines costars as he did, but every star in the Failure to Launch Romance film well blended. I think if you're one of those people who like watching movies hat, like me, then no doubt enjoy. |
| An unfortunate waste of talent, especially Kathy Bates. And Terry Bradshaw as the father of Matthew McConaughey ... is not good. Terry and I like to think that he would be fine in the right role, but it was not him. I am not sure that the perpetrators knew what to do with this film. It began with an interesting premise, but was quickly down once Sarah Jessica Parker introduced the character. The dialogue was very bad and there were some ridiculous scenes with animals that felt like a bad Disney movie. Fortunately, we have used some free passes that were given so that we have made few laughs' well '. If it had paid the full price of the Failure to Launch movie would have been very disappointing. Wait, it is disappointing nonetheless. |
| Scum! Predictable and boring! After just ten minutes in the Failure to Launch Romance could play in my life what would happen at the end - and I was right. I do not mind romantic comedies, but this is nonsense. Even the "funny" moments, slapstick scenes that are added to films to make you laugh uproariously, barely raised a smile (a little finger squirrel - hysterical. This Failure to Launch Romance movie has no redeeming features whatsoever, and even the inclusion of such comic geniuses as Matthew McConaughey and Sarah Jessica Parker could not go. What is hope, however, will see a Failure to Launch Romance film with those two hams in roles that really funny to see Courteney Cox. In my defense, however, one night a week doing my work and support the disabled employer wanted to go to the movies. There was nothing that had not already seen it had an opportunity in this regard. Thus, even he thought it was Turd. I thought it was going to sack me! If you want my advice, do not waste your time with this nobody. I'd rather nail my eyelids to the floor again to sit through this tripe. |

If this was real life, these people belong to the office of a professional therapist instead of a self-training "motivational" that makes life attracts young men out of the nest and then dumps them. Where is the logic of this? The movie: Failure to Launch could have been a touching story of a young man who has lost the love and find comfort and security of their parents at home. Women were rejected because they feared losing. Parents spoil rotten then vent their frustration in the neighborhood barbecues.The animal scenes are useless, and the scene ends being tied to a chair until the acquiescence to the demands of its so-called friends is not very funny. I would say that as unethical. |
