| Although there are few similarities with the game, Resident Evil still manages to draw an impressive average of its history with special effects and techniques of the camera. It begins with a scene in the laboratory and gives the viewer an idea of how it all started really. He then goes out on a group of paramilitary commandos allegedly being run by the character of Alice, who has a slight case of amnesia. These soldiers trained possibly through a super-computer crazed, former scientific meat creatures, deadly laser ferocious dogs, and what not. The characters finally see what has happened before and gives some surprising secrets. Overall, Resident Evil is a fairly average film, but it must be given credit for his camera work and special effects. History is fine, but it seems a bit random. Milla Jovovich-action has done a good job of playing a character who just cannot remember anything, Michelle Rodriguez, and of course, Colin Salmon. I believe half. |
| being a fan of them children, there is much to complain about this film, starting with the fact that Romero was not the movie. I must admit that this DivX film Resident Evil is far from what I was apprehensive. but there are many scenes and elements, which, as an "old school" re-fan, i find boring and unoriginal. think of the bucket trap influence laser drilling cast and score (which consists of a large quantity of cheap metal riffs with synthies bored). anyway, overall it is a standard Hollywood version of Resident Evil what it is. the end is really the best, when you walk through alice raccoon ravaged city streets. |
| This Resident Evil movie at first I hated with a passion and did not want to see him again, but as I started to buy the aftermath of these products and I decided to give this one a look and I was wrong. Although the DVD movie Resident Evil shows nothing of the games (this is a big game fan RE), but it is a good DivX film Resident Evil standing on its own. As I said to the other RE movies, probably as if you're a casual viewer Horror / Action movies, but if your a fan of Resident Evil, you may see a time, but even that I should complain about these films have followed video games. | I was very disappointed with this film, which had a very good reputation and "buzz" at the time of the release. He started well, but about 30 minutes in him a sense of cheesiness came crawling on me. There were too illogical behavior, acting lazy and ideas from the original promise fell. | This is an almost perfect horror movie. Start with plaster, which works very well. Although killed very soon, at least most of the cast, each person gives a convincing performance. And that is exactly the "general feeling" about the film. The pieces - actors, script, filming - fit. It is a stupid monster movie, is not like the game, but everyone has the project seriously. But it is by no means a great work of art. Resident Evil is a good movie, and good at this, no more! Nothing new, except the scene with the zombie dogs. Is not it beautiful. | This Resident Evil Sci-Fi movie (unlike many in this genre) has no sense of humor. And instead of making the blood and violence funny, it's a bit disturbing. There are some horror films that have little sense of humor, still good (ie the Night of Living Dead, Dawn of the Dead, etc..), But this Resident Evil Sci-Fi film is not good. It is frankly sometimes nerve racking. If you want to see a good zombie movie, go rent any of the movies Evil Dead, Dead Alive, or directed by George Romero. |
