| Simply irresistible, was by far the worst DVD movie Simply Irresistible I have ever seen. I never comment on movies, but I felt that this was worth a stern warning to the other attendees to the film. The dialogue was worse than a couple of upper-class theater. History does not follow either logic or understanding fantastic, I am not sure that even if there was one, or did until it was over. That makes no sense, nor attempted to explain some of the Retardedness was happening. It literally hurt my brain to see, but I forced myself because I have spent $ 8 on it, and the story just got worse and worse. Avoid this DVD film Simply Irresistible at all costs. Be careful! |
| While a thousand monkeys at a thousand typewriters could not write a play like Shakespeare, all ten of them could crank out lines of this. Is at best a romantic comedy for muñeca Barbie and Ken together, with a script so trite and corny it is unintentionally funny. Gellar is sufficiently attractive in her role as Amanda, a lovely and intelligent young man, but "she" becomes a character haunted by no more depth than a paper cut, only to have her taking a lot of money and good conventional appearance. Then the plot revolves around his obsession with catching it, when is painfully obvious that it is not worth running after. The title implies that it is "she" is irresistible, except that is always chasing after him. In other words, if she is so irresistible, why does she need "magic" for catching this Dolto? His character is a hundred times more interesting than yours, the hassle of worrying about others and that, while he is too enamored of "self" on attention to anyone. Thinking deeper than can is the perfect paper airplane! If there is a prince in this charade of a fairy tale, it could move closer to his friend the cook, who is at least one good friend. But this is a superficial and embarrassing story, tediously boring, with a message, but it is better for the money and glamor are more worthwhile to have imagination and character. |
| It is interesting to see Sarah Michelle Gellar play a character in a low key fashion. I recently rented the Campy (and fun) Cruel Intentions to see their performance, providing an incredibly exaggerated, I could not stop laughing. In addition, the child has said about his role in I know what you did last summer better. Although the sequences shot in and around impeccable New York to DVD movie Simply Irresistible a brilliant lusture, the script and the characters do not live up to the light and seem to blend with the landscape. It's supernatural themes seem to stay behind when there is an awkward moment in the plot to spoil the visual pleasure, and I am not convinced that nobody on the screen I wanted to be there at all. Moreover, why a young woman on the verge of bankruptcy and clothing as well as impeccable hair style? And why should bear costume design, while the sauces? It's odd. It seemed to be a photo essay of Vogue in search of a Meg Ryan-esque romance. |
| Do not be fooled by Sarah Michelle Gellar presence, oh Buffy fans, this movie: Simply Irresistible really, really sucks. Poorly written, with an utter lack of chemistry between the drivers, are combined into a painful viewing experience. Not bad, or even moderately interesting is happening, but who cares? I mean, come on, the crab is a top hat at the last scene! Please. However, the movie: Simply Irresistible contains only one good line: "If I have to know this kind again, I will cut my ears and send them to him." For this film, which is as good as it gets. |
