It's so refreshing to see a film: Million Dollar Baby based on the story and really win the Best Picture Oscar. It is even more gratifying to see Hollywood's latest Land of Youth, the honor of seventy-one years old, director of something. And what a bargain. The cost of just $ 18 million of that money right know in advance will not be dropped to make it more attractive to existing surface Million Dollar Baby film is normally public. Usually, the first coating 20 million goes directly into the pockets of some evil, more than one star who's supposed to replace the real creativity in order to ensure good box office crowd. I would love to shake the hand of Hollywood executives who green lit this brave. Some of the best decisions Tinsletown has ever seen. No gun play, no fireballs, no showboating and CGI NO nudity. Even the nudity "intregal to the plot!" and yet, it actually succeeded in creatively overcoming any other Million Dollar Baby movie of 2004. How is that for bucking established trends? Hillary Swank won an Oscar for Best Actress, Morgan Freeman won an Oscar for Best Actor and Clint Eastwood won two Oscars for Best Director and Best Film. This film: Million Dollar Baby also has humor. This Million Dollar Baby Sport movie was well directed by Clint Eastwood. I can not wait to see Flags of Our Fathers and Letters From Iwo Jima. This Million Dollar Baby film was nominated for Best Actor - Clint Easwood, Best Film Editing and Best Adapted Screenplay. Clint Eastwood is one of the great directors. Almost all films directed themselves. Clint Eastwood makes some great westerns. Clint Eastwood to thank God is not dead yet. |
| I'm still puzzled why it's called "Million Dollar Baby"? There seems to be no reference to it, either in the film. What I gathered, however, was that the character of Hillary was a baby? Frankie your child has already left, or vice versa. And the million dollars would come from funds that had made her career, unfortunately shortened. I do not know. These are just my thoughts. Did I miss something? I hope someone can offer something concrete, because the title is a fascinating and strange i felt.on in another note, I think this Million Dollar Baby movie was really an experience for me, with its roller coaster of emotions. | Until lesion Maggie, was a good DivX film Million Dollar Baby version of Rocky action. Since then, it's nothing but drama, and trying to be one of those dramas pessimistic worrying. Oh yes, the bad and sad ending is of course inevitable, but sad not necessarily bad all the time. All other part of the first and the second part is just guessable and hoped anyway. The first part is nothing more than boxing, and everything seems to be a gift from God, to punch a shame that no one saw coming in the film, including the umpire, who warned the dirty boxer before. And here is where the second part: Nothing but trying to do-that-mourn-theater. In reality, especially with the family that acts as evil and parcel of the family so bad, really * is * some funny drama, more like soap. (Yes, you can come through the events of the soap opera in real life too) Be prepared to be disappointed while watching, or just love Eastwood, you'll love this movie. I was not well prepared, nor am I a big fan of Eastwood (I admire him), so one of the most "I was expecting much better than the movies I've seen. |
