In London, after investigating crack addicted junkies for an article in her newspaper, the journalist Amy Klein (Kari Wuhrer) watches a bizarre videotape. Her editor Charles Richmond (Simon Kunz) received the footage of an underground group of youngsters in Bucharest apparently becoming zombies through the power of their leader Winter (Paul Rhys) from a member, Marla (Georgina Rylance), and invites Amy to prepare the story. Amy accepts the challenge, and once in Romania, she finds Marla dead with a puzzle cube in her hands. She brings the object to her hotel room, and opens it, beginning her journey to hell.

The latest installment of the Hellraiser series is by far the worst and broad input. Fans seem divided as to address direct to video sequels have. Some are upset Pinhead is no longer a central character, some do not care. I love Pinhead Hellraiser II which also features prominently in love Hell is just a cameo. So I'm not partial in both senses. I will not tear down this Hellraiser: Deader Horror only because Doug Bradley has a tiny role. I tear down to be an incoherent piece of shit. This script was pre-existing (simply titled Dead) and the good people decided that the size could become a star of the Hellraiser: Deader movie Hellraiser. It did not work. Clive Barker's cenobitical just do not fit into this story. It's as simple as that. And that title: Dead. Talking about the poor English. Hellraiser expect another sequel (again directed by Rick Bota) in September.

Well .... lets begin ... I did not want to comment on this movie, but the fact is that I'm from Romania (where the DVD film Hellraiser: Deader was made) and I have to say ... I am surprised! Why? Simple ... all the movies made here seem to be low budget items crap.I Hellraiser'm a big fan and taught me the series will be destroyed with it ... but no .. like the movie: Hellraiser: Deader is quite good, even the backup players Romanians have the decency to speak in an understandable English.The story is quite good ... more than most horror movies released this year in the States .. Hellraiser, but below the franchise ... Pinhead and the other disturbing fact is that appearances are limited ... could be that there were some problems with the script that was not intended to be a Hellraiser DVD film Hellraiser: Deader (like another user commented on this site). ... Anyway the DVD film Hellraiser: Deader is decent, it's worth ... see at least once .. Serious horror fans will be pleased hypnotic type ... Still remains the fact that different shifts must be taken with the Hellraiser series, or soon will be lost ... I heard the Hellworld is out .. I'm going to check that as soon as possible. PEACE!
